Born and brought up in London, UK, I studied at Wimbledon School of Art/University of East London in Fine Art (Painting). After several years’ practice, I pursued a residency with Gertrude Street Artists Spaces in Melbourne, Australia and work between there and London, UK. Description of work with field recording
My current works use sound, digital imaging and installation. A strong interest in field recordings have led to a focus on contemporary landscape and our changing relationship with nature and, in particular, other animals. The everyday, the quotidian and the common frame this exploration.
