Description of work with field recording
People traveling and taking snapshots with they photo cameras of visited places is a way to capture en preserve memory as seen in the moment. With a microphone and recorder I try to make acoustic impression of the visited location or event as a sequence of moments worth to preserve. This captured sounds have the power to transport true time and space much more strongly then any image of photo camera.
